1. getting kicked from rooms randomly with any change to status.. from the model changing cpm rates.. to changing my screen name.. ect..
2. oh this is f'ing CUTE!!! while IN a show.. getting told that i MUST HAVE AN ACCOUNT.. to TIP in the show

The staff would probably be more inclined to react on your frustrations, if you would talk to them in a proper way. Even if you might be right and have a point.

Always a good idea to test updates on a weekend - when all techs are at home.
Without having any account I can do privates and can enter groups - but it's not allowed for me to tip within them

I was in group chat just now. Someone tried to tip the model and got the same message "You need an account to tip". He was annoyed (and said "but I'm a VIP member"). I told him that the problem had been raised by Op Roo in the forums. I tried it for myself and got the same result. When the model realised that no-one could tip he was not very pleased.

Like it! It was rather bizarre for me to even mention your name when some hunk-lover was trying to give tips to some hunky male for doing special requests. I was giving you credit for having already reported the problem which they had just encountered. Quote

Thank God the problem of not being able to tip a model while in private with them is because of a system error which seems to have surfaced a few days ago and still not been fixed. I had a private with my favourite female model today and when I told her again about not being able to tip her in private even she did not know why. Both of us thought there was a problem with my account and I should speak to Customer Services.
Looks like Flirt Management are aware of the system error but surprised that my favourite model has seemingly not been informed of the problem. That was apparent when I first got the error message "You need an account to use this feature" while trying to tip her in private yesterday because she did not know customers were currently unable to tip models in private.
I can now reassure my fav female model that not being able to tip in private is due to a continuing system error.

I know that this part was fixed over the weekend; we had to make some changes as someone was repeatedly trying to hack the tipping system. Normally we wouldn't push a change before a long weekend but it was a pretty serious issue. Unfortunately the paid show room wasn't fixed properly; apologies for the inconvenience.
