From time to time customers who have not used their payment account successfully on the site will be required to pay a small access charge to start a Play & Pay show. The access charge is $4.50, which will be be applied as a discount toward your show bill.

You will know when this charge occurs, as it will be stated on the START SHOW menu. The fee is charged to your payment account immediately and is applied as a discount on future purchases.

For example, if you're charged the $4.50 access fee at the start of a show and spend a total of $15.00 during the show, the system will charge your card $10.50 at the show's conclusion; the cost of the show minus the access fee.
